TeamC4 (“TeamC4,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected when you use TeamC4 applications, websites, games, digital platforms, and related services (“Services”).

This Privacy Policy is intended to apply broadly to TeamC4 Services, including TeamC4 TV, TeamC4 Mobile, C4 Radio, C4 Link, C4 Garage, HPL Hub, C4 Redline, C4 Vision, TeamC4 Games, and future TeamC4 applications and platforms.

Because different TeamC4 Services have different features, not every type of information described below is necessarily collected by every Service.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

The information collected depends on the particular TeamC4 Service you use.

Information You Provide

Some Services may allow you to voluntarily provide information such as:

  • Username

  • Vehicle information

  • Photos or videos

  • Comments or other User Content

  • Messages or communications

  • Information submitted through contact forms

  • Information associated with purchases or subscriptions

If a Service does not require this information, you generally do not need to provide it.

Depending on the Service and device configuration, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

  • IP address

Some TeamC4 applications may not collect analytics or other automatically generated information.

Location Information

Certain TeamC4 Services may provide location-based features, such as event discovery, directories, navigation, local automotive information, or nearby services.

If a Service requires location information, the application will request the applicable device permission where required.

You can generally control location permissions through your device settings.

TeamC4 does not use precise location information for purposes unrelated to the functionality of a Service unless disclosed to you or otherwise permitted by law.

2. TEAMC4 TV

TeamC4 TV may be designed to provide access to TeamC4 video and media content without requiring an account.

If a particular version of TeamC4 TV does not collect personal information, the application does not intentionally collect personal information from users simply for watching available content.

Technical information may nevertheless be processed by Apple, the operating system, hosting providers, content delivery networks, or other third-party infrastructure necessary to deliver the application and its content.

The specific data practices may vary depending on the platform and version of the application.

3. C4 RADIO AND MEDIA SERVICES

TeamC4 media applications may provide radio, music-related features, podcasts, videos, articles, photographs, or other entertainment content.
