TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to TeamC4. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TeamC4 applications, websites, platforms, digital services, games, and related products (“Services”) operated by TeamC4 (“TeamC4,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using any TeamC4 Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. THE TEAMC4 SERVICES

TeamC4 develops and operates digital applications, websites, games, media platforms, automotive-related services, and other digital experiences.

These Terms may apply to TeamC4 Services including, but not limited to:

TeamC4 Mobile
C4 Radio
C4 Link
C4 Garage
HPL Hub
C4 Redline
C4 Vision
TeamC4 Games
TeamC4 websites and web applications
Future TeamC4 applications, games, websites, and platforms

Individual Services may have additional terms, rules, or policies. If additional terms apply to a particular Service, those terms will be presented to you within that Service or on its associated website.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You may use TeamC4 Services only if you are legally permitted to enter into these Terms under the laws applicable to you.

If a Service has a specific minimum age requirement, you must meet that requirement before using the Service.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for determining whether a minor may use a TeamC4 Service and for supervising that use where appropriate.

3. USING OUR SERVICES

You agree to use TeamC4 Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

Use a Service for unlawful or fraudulent activities.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to TeamC4 systems, accounts, servers, or networks.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of a Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from an application except where expressly permitted by applicable law.
Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit TeamC4 software or content without permission.
Circumvent security features or access restrictions.
Use automated systems to abuse, overload, scrape, or interfere with a Service.
Upload or distribute malicious software, viruses, or other harmful material.
Impersonate TeamC4 or another person or organization.
Use TeamC4 Services to violate the rights of another person or organization.

TeamC4 may restrict or terminate access to a Service if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

4. ACCOUNTS

Some TeamC4 Services may allow or require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

Providing accurate information when required.
Maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Keeping your account information reasonably current.
All activity occurring through your account, except where caused by circumstances outside your reasonable control.

You should notify TeamC4 if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

TeamC4 may suspend or terminate accounts that are used in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

5. USER CONTENT

Certain TeamC4 Services may allow users to submit, upload, post, transmit, or otherwise provide content, including photographs, videos, comments, messages, vehicle information, profiles, usernames, artwork, or other materials (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content through a TeamC4 Service, you grant TeamC4 a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, distribute, and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, promote, and improve the applicable Service.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the User Content and that your content does not unlawfully infringe another person's rights.

TeamC4 does not claim ownership of your User Content merely because you submit it through a TeamC4 Service.

6. COMMUNITY AND SOCIAL FEATURES

Some TeamC4 Services may contain social features, directories, communities, profiles, messaging, event information, comments, or other user interaction features.

You are responsible for your interactions with other users.

You agree not to use TeamC4 Services to:

Harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse another person.
Publish another person's private or sensitive information without permission.
Promote illegal activity.
Upload intentionally misleading or fraudulent information.
Post hateful, sexually exploitative, or otherwise unlawful content.
Spam users or businesses.
Conduct scams or fraudulent transactions.

TeamC4 may remove content or restrict accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or the TeamC4 community.

7. AUTOMOTIVE INFORMATION

Certain TeamC4 applications may provide automotive information, vehicle data, diagnostic information, live vehicle data, maintenance information, or other automotive-related features.

Such information is provided for informational purposes only.

TeamC4 does not guarantee that information provided by an application is complete, accurate, or appropriate for every vehicle or situation.

You are responsible for using appropriate caution when working on or operating a vehicle.

Do not use a TeamC4 application while driving if doing so would distract you or violate applicable laws.

Any vehicle repairs, modifications, diagnostics, or other work should be performed by a qualified professional when appropriate.

8. MEDIA, RADIO, VIDEO, AND ENTERTAINMENT

TeamC4 Services may provide access to videos, photographs, music-related features, radio streams, articles, games, podcasts, automotive media, or other entertainment content.

Availability of content may change at any time.

TeamC4 may add, remove, modify, replace, or discontinue content or features without notice.

Third-party content, music, trademarks, videos, photographs, or other materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Where a TeamC4 Service connects to or relies upon a third-party service, that service may have its own terms and policies.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

TeamC4 Services and their original content, software, graphics, logos, designs, names, artwork, interfaces, and other materials are owned by or licensed to TeamC4 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly permitted, you may not:

Reproduce TeamC4 proprietary materials for commercial purposes.
Modify or create derivative works from TeamC4 software or branding.
Remove copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
Use TeamC4 trademarks or logos in a way that suggests unauthorized sponsorship or affiliation.

“TeamC4,” associated logos, names, designs, and other TeamC4 branding may be trademarks or other protected intellectual property.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

TeamC4 Services may integrate with or link to third-party services, platforms, websites, APIs, payment providers, media services, mapping services, app stores, or other technology.

TeamC4 does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, policies, security, or practices.

Your use of a third-party service may be subject to that provider's separate terms and privacy policies.

11. APP STORE TERMS

If you obtain a TeamC4 application through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another app marketplace, your use of the application may also be subject to that marketplace's terms and policies.

The applicable app marketplace is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for the TeamC4 application unless required under its own policies.

12. AVAILABILITY OF SERVICES

TeamC4 works to keep its Services available and functional, but we do not guarantee that a Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Services may occasionally be unavailable because of:

Maintenance.
Software updates.
Server or network problems.
Third-party service interruptions.
Security incidents.
Events outside our reasonable control.

TeamC4 may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service or feature at any time.

13. FEES AND PURCHASES

Some TeamC4 Services or features may be free, while others may contain paid features, subscriptions, digital purchases, merchandise, or other charges.

Where purchases are offered, the applicable price and purchase terms will be presented before purchase.

Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another marketplace may be subject to that provider's billing, subscription, cancellation, and refund policies.

TeamC4 does not control third-party marketplace refund policies.

14. PRIVACY

Your use of TeamC4 Services may involve information being processed as described in the applicable TeamC4 Privacy Policy.

Some TeamC4 applications may be designed not to collect personal information. Other Services may require certain information to provide accounts, social features, communications, analytics, or other functionality.

The privacy practices applicable to a particular Service will depend on how that Service operates.

15. SECURITY

TeamC4 takes reasonable measures to protect its Services. However, no internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You acknowledge that transmission of information over the internet may involve risks outside TeamC4's control.

You should use appropriate security practices, including maintaining secure passwords and keeping your devices and software updated.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamC4 Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

TeamC4 makes no warranties that a Service will:

Always be available.
Be uninterrupted.
Be completely accurate.
Be free from errors.
Be free from security vulnerabilities.
Meet every user's individual requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TeamC4 and its owners, operators, developers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of a TeamC4 Service.

This may include loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or loss resulting from reliance on information provided through a Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeamC4 and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms.
Your misuse of a TeamC4 Service.
Your User Content.
Your violation of another person's rights.
Your violation of applicable law.

19. TERMINATION

You may stop using a TeamC4 Service at any time.

TeamC4 may suspend or terminate access to a Service when reasonably necessary, including if:

You violate these Terms.
Your use creates a security or legal risk.
Your conduct harms other users or the Service.
Required by law.
The Service is discontinued.

Sections concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and other provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

TeamC4 may update these Terms from time to time.

When material changes are made, TeamC4 may provide notice through the applicable application, website, or another reasonable method.

Your continued use of a Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

21. GOVERNING LAW

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to TeamC4's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising consumer rights that cannot legally be waived or restricted.

22. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

23. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any applicable additional terms and policies referenced within them, constitute the agreement between you and TeamC4 concerning your use of the applicable Service.
